Gordon empowers his clients to overcome life challenges through
solution-focused, cognitive behaviour and psychodynamic theoretical approaches.
Everyone has a “GPS of well-being,” and Gordon believes that detours and roadblocks can at times leave individuals feeling lost, sad or anxious. Work or personal stressors, anxiety, childhood traumas, death of loved ones, divorce and other matters can present as roadblocks. Gordon helps clients to successfully work through these challenges in an empathetic, non-judgmental and safe environment.
With over 12 years of experience and training in disability management, Gordon helps clients navigate and break free from these challenges by assisting with building new, positive pathways.
Gordon is completing his internship for his Master’s degree in counselling psychology from Yorkville University, and has earned three undergraduate degrees, including philosophy, psychology and religion. Gordon believes in treating the whole person and that having harmony between the mind and body is the best position for a healthy life journey.
